Instructions on Viewing an Open Ticket
Before viewing an Open Ticket, you must create one. (How to Create an Account)
Step 1: Select one of the two "View all Tickets" options (underlined in red)
Step 2: Once you have selected the "View all tickets" button you will be brought to this screen
Step 3: On the right hand side you can filter your tickets using different criteria
- Once the filters you choose are filled in, select Apply at the bottom
- Under Type you can filter for Defect/Bug, Training Request, Maintenance Request, Information/Solution Request, Feature Request

Step 4: Select the ticket you choose to view and you will be brought to this page
- All Ticket Details will be listed on the right-hand side of the page
Step 5: To change any of the Ticket Details, add or select the information you want to change then select "update" at the bottom of the column
