Instructions on raising a Defect
Before raising a defect you must have an account created (How to Create an Account)
Step 1: Select one of the two "Submit a ticket" options (underlined in red)
Step 2: Once you have selected the "submit a ticket" button you will be brought to this screen
Step 3: Use the drop-down menu to select "Report a Defect"
- Once "Report a Defect" is selected you will be brought to this page
Step 4: Fill in all the fields marked with a red asterisk

- All fields with a red asterisk beside it must be filled in in order to successfully submit a ticket
- Significance of each field:
- Requester: This lets us know who from the customer is raising the ticket in order to be contacted and updated through the process
- Software Product: This helps us filter which issues are associated with which products
- Subject: This lets us know in short what the issue is before opening the ticket to see the bulk of the information
- Description: This is a more detailed explanation of what the issue is that can include screenshots etc.
- Criticality: This gives our team an idea of how urgent the ticket is and how high it should be placed on the priority list
- Found in Version: What version of the software are you using? This will help us reproduce the issue
- Environment / Server: Which environment did this occur in? Production? UAT? Training?
- Steps to Reproduce: Please include detailed steps to reproduce the issue. Ideally include any data setup required, as well as the exact buttons pressed.
Step 5: Once the fields are all filled, select the Submit button at the bottom of the page
