Instructions on Viewing the Knowledge Base

Step 1: Access the URL https://support.aerosoft.aero

• This will take you to the home page

Step 2: Select Knowledge Base or Browse Articles at the top right of the page (underlined in red)

Step 3: Once you have selected Knowledge Base you will be brought to this page 

• Here you can access various modules on how to use and operate the Customer Support system. These modules will give you comprehensive step-by-step instructions to help you navigate with ease.
